Embassy of Costa Rica
The Embassy of Costa Rica in Kenya is part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica. The Embassy coordinates and manages matters of politics, commerce, tourism, education, health and international relations between both countries and concurrent embassies.
In following cases the Embassy can not or is not authorized to act:
- Charge for any service, except as established in the consular fee
- Act as or recommend lawyers, translators, interpreters or tourism agents
- Interfere in judicial matters
- Find employment and residence in Kenya
- Discuss already resolved cases of visas to Costa Rica
- Provide information about entry, visas or residency in Kenya
- Get birth certificates
- Request driver’s licenses
- Provide economic support (including air tickets and transportation)
- Search for Kenyans in Costa Rica
